Coin is round in shape, with front and back sides - raised rim on.

The Obverse: to the center portrait of the Queen Elizabeth II. Inscriptions along the rim - ELIZABETH II COOK ISLANDS, the down – 20 DOLLARS.

The Reverse: in the center frame of 15 Swarovski crystal color image painting by Leonardo da Vinci "The Last Supper". The Last Supper specifically portrays the reaction given by each apostle when Jesus said one of them would betray him. All twelve apostles have different reactions to the news, with various degrees of anger and shock. Inscriptions along the rim - MASTERPIECES OF ART, the down - LEONARDO DAVINCI, yeardate – 2008.
