The obverse side of the coin depicts part of a printing press. The name of the state “ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA” and the denomination and abbreviated monetary unit “200 Kč” are written on three lines between two printing cylinders. The Czech lion is located on a sheet of paper in the upper half of the coin field. The mark of the Czech Mint, in the form of the letters “Č” and “M”, is situated near the lower edge of the coin.
The reverse side features the Hollar logo in the upper part of the coin, with a printing press cylinder depicted below. The text “SDRUŽENÍ ČESKÝCH UMĚLCŮ GRAFIKŮ HOLLAR” and the years “1917–2017” are written on six lines in the lower half of the coin. The initials of the designer of the coin, Martin Dašek – made up of the intertwined letters “MD” – are situated at the bottom edge of the coin.
