Reverse: The reverse of the definitive 2 Pound coin symbolises the march of technology from the Iron Age to the Internet and was designed by Bruce Rushin. The reverse of the 50p, 20p, 10p, 5p, 2p and 1p combine to reveal the Royal Arms as shown in its entirety on the 1 Pound coin. All were created by Matthew Dent and, on the circulating coins of the UK, superseded the original decimal designs in 2008.
